Your in-person consultation lasts 60 to 90 minutes, beginning with a chat over a cuppa while James takes detailed notes. We focus on understanding your needs, style, and preferences to guide you to the perfect fabric, style, and personalisation choices. Feel free to bring any style inspiration or garments you like.
Next, we take comprehensive measurements, photos, and provide you with a Tru-Fit measurement card for future use. We keep a copy too. If you're ready to order, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at your final fitting.
No rush if you need more time; we're here when you're ready. Your garment, depending on fabric and style, will be ready in 4 to 5 weeks. Once it arrives, we’ll contact you to book your collection. Any minor alterations needed are handled by us, free of charge, within 7 days. Then, simply enjoy the compliments on your new shirt or suit.
Grab a tea or coffee, get comfy, and join your video consultation with James. No tech skills? No problem—we’ll send you a link to join on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Set aside 45 to 60 minutes, but there's no rush. James enjoys chatting while getting to know your style and preferences. We’ll discuss fabrics, styles, and personalisations, showing you live samples during the call, which are always better than online pictures.
If you're ready to order, we'll email your preferences and take a 50% deposit via secure payment. The balance is due when your garment is ready for delivery.
We’ll send a self-measurement pack with a Tasker & Shaw tape and a Tru-Fit card, plus an online video guide to help you take measurements.
Need more time to decide? No worries, just let us know when you're ready. Your garment will be ready in 4 to 5 weeks, depending on your choices. Once it arrives, we’ll arrange delivery and a virtual fitting. Any minor alterations are handled by us, free of charge, within 7-10 days.
